I decided to give this a try. Apparently its a vanilla flavoured ice-cream made with active cultures, i.e. good bateria for your guts.
Texture: softer than the regular ice-cream because its yogurt
Taste: Tangy. Creamy. It tasted like a cross between frozen Yakult and Mascarpone cheese cake.
Verdict: Quite nice actually.
Conclusion: I might try freezing my Yakults and turn them into ice-lollies. Yummmm…..
