I woke at at 6:45am to a rumbling in my tummy. Had diarrhea twice.
Then decided to leave for SG early only to get lost for almost an hour. Found Carrot’s place just in time for church (not before visiting the loo – again). Then “nature” decided to call… so ran to the look for the loo.
Had a pretty good lunch @ Raffle’s City. Then jalan to the Peranakan Museum. I’ll post up photos once I have a notebook of my own or when my ThinkPad comes back. Then mid-way through the museum tour, I had to run to the loo again.
Quite liked Funan. IMHO, much much much better then Sim Lim Square. Bought some really nifty stuff (which I’ll post up again). Went looking for AA Eneloop batteries. I think the AA batteries are really out of stock in SG lah. Too popular?
Made it back in time to Carrot’s place to use the loo (again). It was really mind over matter as I was breaking up in cold sweat from the colic I had.
* Mom and dad came down with food poisoning too. Their diarrhea’s just as bad as mind. I have half a mind to visit the restaurant and let them know. Yes, I’ll do that tomorrow.
** Thanks to Carrot for a nice day out. I liked the museum visit very much. Very nice duck/pork/chicken rice… yum! And the isotonic drink really helped. Provided the last boost of energy for the drive back. Next time i’ll succeed in photographing Bonnie… i hope (cos he doesnt’ sit still).
*** Popped a lot of meds. Feeling slightly better now – almost midnight.
